These three areas are completely separated and can&#8217;t be accessed directly from each other.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yktravelphoto.com\/pi\/521\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Canyonlands National Park, Utah, USA\"  itemprop=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yktravelphoto.com\/places\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/MG_7707.jpg\" alt=\"Canyonlands National Park, Utah, USA\" width=\"300\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>All main lookouts in the Island In The Sky district are accessible by the paved road and can be visited in a less than a day, more comprehensive exploration of this area (and that is definitely recommended) will require more time.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yktravelphoto.com\/pi\/524\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Canyonlands National Park, Utah, USA\"  itemprop=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yktravelphoto.com\/places\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/MG_7851.jpg\" alt=\"Canyonlands National Park, Utah, USA\" width=\"550\" height=\"367\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>For adventurous people park provides a 4WD backcountry road along the rim of the canyon. Unfortunately, I didn&#8217;t have\u00c2\u00a0enough time for it &#8230;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yktravelphoto.com\/pi\/523\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Canyonlands National Park, Utah, USA\"  itemprop=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yktravelphoto.com\/places\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/MG_7772.jpg\" alt=\"Canyonlands National Park, Utah, USA\" width=\"550\" height=\"367\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yktravelphoto.com\/pi\/522\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>One of the main, and the most famous attraction of the Island In The Sky district is Mesa Arch. This postcard place can be found in about 11 kilometres from the Visitor Centre and best seen in the early morning.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.yktravelphoto.com\/pi\/459\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Canyonlands National Park, Utah, USA\"  itemprop=\"image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.yktravelphoto.com\/places\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/09\/MG_8005.jpg\" alt=\"Canyonlands National Park, Utah, USA\" width=\"550\" height=\"367\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Although all lookouts present astonishing views, for sunsets I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d recommend visiting a western part of the district \u00e2\u20ac\u201c views from the cliffs along the road to Upheaval Dome are unimaginable!
