Kanangra Walls, part of the Kanangra Boyd National Park, located just in 30 kilometers from the famous Jenolan Caves, and about 3 hours drive from Sydney.

Access is quite simple, there is a quite good gravel road that starts just in 4 km from the Jenolan Caves, and you don’t need a 4WD to get to the carpark at the end of the road.

Short walk (plateau walk) from the carpark brings you to a several hundred meter cliff, where you will see the beauty of the Kanangra Ridge and Blue Mountains.

For serious campers and walkers, park provides many superb walking tracks, camping sites, waterfalls and pure wilderness.

Be careful, there are no hand rails and some lookouts are just on the edge of the cliff. I’d say that if you are afraid of heights, this place is, unfortunately, not for you.

There is also an one hour return (hard!) walking track to Kalang Falls, don’t miss it.
